Payments
How do I pay for my order?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. Unfortunately, we cannot accept checks, cash or money orders at this time. Village Idiot Apparel takes your safety seriously, our site uses Paypal Payments Pro, one of the safest gateway on the web.
When will my card be charged?
Since your order goes into production the moment it is placed, we do charge your card the moment you confirm your order at checkout. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is submitted. If your card is not authorized, payment will not be taken, and we'll email to let you know why your bank or card issuer wouldn't authorize the amount. Please bear in mind that even if a payment fails to be authorized, some card issuers may still reserve the money temporarily.
Shipping
How long will it take to get my order?
We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (mugs etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination. It can get a bit confusing, that's why we've made these tables to help you out.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Why was my order charged a customs fee when it was delivered?
International orders may be subject to customs duties/fees. Unfortunately, this is a necessary evil of ordering from overseas. Check with your local laws regarding any taxes or fees you may have to pay once these arrive. Please do not ask us to ship your package as a gift. We can't do that!
Returns
Wrong Address – If you made a mistake on the shipping address, we can make changes within 1 hour of placing an order. Please contact us at info@mjlentertainment.ca.
If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer.
Return Policy - If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you may return any unwashed and unworn item for a full refund less shipping charges within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
